RICKY GILLEY
President & Founder
Ricky Gilley is a native of Anniston, Alabama, who believes your health is your wealth and a healthy mind and body are the attributes everyone shall have liberty to in life. Ricky, attend Anniston High School, Alabama State University and Jacksonville State University. He has been Licensed Realtor and Mortgage Broker and for 14 years he has owned and operated the American Family Insurance Agency. He has received awards in real estate, mortgage banking, insurance, sports, most of all in the community service activities where he initiated and collaborated with other Non-profits in the community to serve.

He is a car enthusiast, avid golfer, cyclist, runner and non-smoker that
believes eating healthy and keeping the body moving help him to carry out his life purpose.
ANITA BOUIE
Program Director
Anita Ragland Bouie is originally from Detroit, Michigan, with twenty-four years in education and currently serves as an elementary school counselor at Paul L. Dunbar Elementary School in the Atlanta Public Schools (APS) district. For the past six years, she has served as the community service site supervisor to students from Atlanta University Center (AUC), where collegiate students earn community service hours for their service at Dunbar. Her dedication and passion for ensuring student/parent needs are met and exposing her students to college career readiness programs have yielded high growth in overall student achievement and increased the College and Career Ready Performance Index (CCRPI) at Paul L. Dunbar Elementary. Anita was nominated as 1 of 3 counselor educators for APS: APYes Award” Putting Students First” during the 2021-2022 academic school year.
Receiving her undergraduate degree in business education from Eastern Michigan University, master’s (Clark Atlanta University) and educational specialist degree (Troy State University) in school counseling. She is a Professional American School Counseling Association member and an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated. She enjoys traveling, cooking, walking, and spending time with her two collegiate children who attend Florida A &M and Fort Valley State University in her spare time.
MARCIA LAMPKIN
Education Director
Marcia Lampkin is an experienced Executive Director of Education. She has over 20 years of experience in serving and educating students to reach their potential by earning their college degree. Marcia attended Myers University earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in Corporate Management in 2004 and completing her Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management degree in 2008 at University of Phoenix.
Marcia is a native of Cleveland, OH she previously lived in Atlanta, GA for 13 years. During her time in Atlanta, GA she worked as an Admissions Recruiter at Shorter University and Enrollment Manager at Brenau University for many years. In addition, Mrs. Lampkin has had positions as an Adjunct Business Faculty Instructor at Shorter University, Saint Leo University and Ohio Christian University.
Driven by her passion to educate, develop and career succession planning she takes pride in providing the best experience possible all potential students she encounters. As an Executive Director of Education, her goals include cultivating a positive, supportive, and collaborative environment for students to thrive in. Mrs. Lampkin believes strongly in the power of teaching and learning. She has a passion for working with college age students and is driven to help student become college graduates.
Marcia has been married to her husband Earl for over 17 years and they have a daughter Taylor age 15. Some of her hobbies included traveling, reading, shopping, and spending time with family and friends.
